You can install linux, apply the patch than ftp them to your webserver.
You can manually make the changes yourself, then ftp up to your webserver.

Personally I would choose the first option.

Edit: A couple more options
Cygwin and GnuWin32

Is there a better patch then this bellow? Thanks a lot!

Depends on what kind of users you have, system or virtual.

WeVo

What do you mean with system or virtual users? What is the difference?

owenhau

i think your users will be virtual user, that means the user do not have the right to access the local resources on the the server...

I'm trying to start working on a plugin to update the email password which the service provider have a web interface to let user update password.(know what i'm talking about...!?)

System users have accounts on the local system and their passwords are stored in /etc/shadow. Virtual user accounts are manged by a database. Who is your host? How do you access your hosting account?

WeVo

OK you are right! Then i have virtual users. Is there any good Plugin for that?
Thanks a lot

Look in the Forums under plugins. Maybe you can find something that meets your systems configuration.

OH! OK thanks for that answer ;) I have hoped that you can name me a patch, because i'm not so fit in this subject.
