deleting messages in Spam folder fails

I have a couple of issues with my Roundcube installation - any help would be appreciated:

Roundcube version: Version 0.3-stable
MailServer: HmailServer Version 5.3.3-B1879
OS: Windows Server 2008 IIS7

Trying to delete all messages in Spam folder (3,500 of them). Select all – Delete – comes back after a few minutes with no error, but not having deleted any.

Also Preferences / Select clear Trash on Logout. Then logout – does not clear the Deleted Items box.
