Integrating RC into Outlook

I am looking for the incoming and outgoing mail servers to integrate Outlook 2007. I need the port numbers. An IT guy who developed my website set me up with Roundcube for e-mail and I really would like to use Outlook. Any tricks to set this up to receive and send mail?

If you don't want to use "Webmail", but only sending and receiving emails via outlook, thunderbird or by some another email client, Y don't have to install roundcube. 
For these purposes will suffice: xampp and hmailserver. - Both easy to install. Both on first positions at google..
