First thanks for a grt product. I was on squrrelmail but thes is much better.

How do you handle and setup Autoreply ?

An auto reply would need to be setup on the mail server if it supports such a feature. There are some plugin that allow you to setup an auto reply in RoundCube but you have to have one of the supported mail server backends. I know there are plugins available for SQL, hmailserver, and LDAP setups.
