I don't know witch directory Roundcube is installed in (since its your server not mine) It maybe best to do a fresh install since it looks like you where using the Debian install method.

It is ubuntu, should it not be that method? The files get installed strange, since I got in to var/www/html/roundcube, but then it gets redirected to etc/roundcube, or usr/lib/
