Disk Space at 95%+

I keep getting email notices that my Roundcube email is 95% full.
Disk Space
Limit 500 MB Used 474MB (95%)
Message Count
Limit 10000 Used 947 (9%)
I have a total of around 500 emails in my sent and inbox folders.
All other folders are empty.
How do I create more Disk Space for my email?
