Getting spammed from postmaster even after upgrading mail storage

recently the mailbox storage is increased but still getting the mailbox full message from postmaster. usually getting like 1000 mails per day. is there any solution? using roundcube mail version 1.6.7

please contact your email provider. it sounds like you get a high volume of email and either you need a higher quota or some pruning rules in place but neither of those are client side things.

can you please elaborate? i am getting the email from the postmaster@"mydomain".com, the emails are like notification to increase my mail storage even after it was increased.

Roundcube is an open source webmail client. It is not a service. The emails you are getting about quota are either sent by your email provider or they are spam. In both cases the people best placed to help with that are the people who provide your email service.
