Can't find the "Download Folder" selectrion

I want to download several large folders to archive the emails. They are filling-up the server but I need access to them for many years to come. I setup an Outlook account, but it only downloads files in the Inbox, not any that are in the folders.

The help files for roundcube state that multiple files and even entire folders can be downloaded as zip files. However, the Gear button does not bring up a "Download Folder" command as the help files states.

The help files also say  that multiple emails can be selected for download, but the "More" "Download" only work with 1 file.

Is this an abandoned capability that cannot be used anymore? If so, why?
Are there other ways of downloading a folder of email?

You have to enable zipdownload plugin, and you need php-zip installed. It may not work if the folders are really big.
