I've lost all my contacts, preferences and responses

Good morning,
My usual way of logging in failed so I had to log in another way.  I have lost all my contacts, preferences and responses that I had created.  HELP!

Check the users table in the database and look for multiple records for the same account. A difference username / mail host will cause a new user record to be created.
