Emails are disappearing

Hey Everyone!

We've been using Roundcube emails for over five years, and recently faced an issue where emails from the inbox folder disappear within 15-20 minutes after someone sends them to us. It doesn't matter if we read the email or keep it unread, reply to it, or forward it. It will disappear.

Please... please, someone explain as you'll explain to the child what happened, or what we can do in settings or whatever, so we can get things back to normal?

P.S. We have 2 email addresses on Roundcube, and another one works perfectly without any issues.

Based on the symptoms I would guess that another email client that isn't Roundcube (a phone or or desktop client) that is configured with POP that is downloading email and removing it from the mail server.

There isn't anything you can do within Roundcube to stop this since its not Roundcube that is causing the issue. If you don't know where email client that is causing the issue is try changing the password on the email account and it should stop any other client from connecting to the server.
