Step-by-Step: Add RoundCube Email to iPhone

Step 1: Open Mail Settings
Go to your iPhone:

Go to Settings, open Mail, select Accounts, then tap Add Account.

Step 2: Choose "Other"
Since RoundCube is not a direct email provider like Gmail or Yahoo:

Tap Other
Then tap Add Mail Account

Step 3: Enter Basic Account Information
Fill in:

Name: Your name or business name
Email: your full email address
Password: your email password
Description: Any term such as 'Work Email' or 'Business Email"
Tap Next

Step 4: Choose IMAP (Recommended)
Select IMAP instead of POP.

IMAP is important because:

It syncs emails across all devices
It keeps emails stored on the server (same as RoundCube)
It allows real-time updates

Step 5: Enter Incoming Mail Server Settings (IMAP)
Fill in:

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
Typical IMAP security settings:

Port: 993
SSL: ON

Step 6: Enter Outgoing Mail Server Settings (SMTP)
Fill in:

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
SMTP configuration:

Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Authentication: Required
SSL/TLS: Enabled
Tap Next

Step 7: Save and Verify Account
Once iPhone verifies the settings:

Tap Save
Open the Mail app
Your RoundCube-based email should now sync
