Email Folders

Hi there,
Does the roundcube support to set up multiple folders to organise emails? having trouble with them. The emails don`t pop into the set up folder.

folders and filtering are 2 separate things. Roundcube has folder management functionality but this is dependant on server support of course.

Out of the box Roundcube has not filtering functionality built in, its a mail client and filter is best done on the server side. It does ship with the managesieve plugin which allows for management of sieve rules on the sever if that's something your setup uses. There are other plugins available in the plugin repo I believe.

The confusion likely comes from thinking folder setup handles sorting, but server-side rules do the actual moving. For managing filters, you need Sieve rules via the managesieve plugin. You can check if your server supports it. While sorting this out, I also use the BIMI logo validator to make sure my sent emails display my brand logo properly and build trust with recipients.
