Default TinyMCE Compose Font Color

Out of all of the thousands of Roundcube users, do any of you know how to change the default for all users TinyMCE compose color?  I tested adding (textarea) color css in (styles.min.css), and in other places.  I also added (style="color: #custom") on the (compose.html) file.  However, the compose text color remains (#000000).  Thanks for any info!  :--)
