Autocreate folders

Hi all. Sorry for bad english.

im create 2 mailboxes
test@domain.ru, test_test@domain.ru
when i logging in to second mailbox folders junk trash and others doesn't creates automaticaly

with first mailbox everything ok!

can anybody help?

berdennikov@domain.com creates ok!
test_test@domain.com creates ok!

any ideas?

maybe very long mailbox name? i think it occurs not because of the symbol "_"
but first idea was - that because of the symbol "_"

I have the same problem, but in my situation, when a user login the first time he have only the "inbox" folder, when I create manually the folders in settings it doesn't show them in the main page.

Anyone have na idea?

anybody can help to find php code that creates folders?

I had some wierdness with folders, but I manually went into the mysql database & wiped everything, & it seems to be fine after that... maybe its out of sync somehow

i think it's a code or database structure bug
then i null "database -> users -> preferenses" for mailbox - folders creates

im delete mailbox, delete folders /var/vmail/mailboxname
clear roundcube mailbox in database
create it's again and folders creates automaticaly!!!
but why their don't creates in first time?
