what mail application would you recormend?

I have a windows 2003 server in my basement, and I would like to know what mail server software you would recormend?
It has to have a low RAM useage, and recive and send mails very fast

I use MailEnable (http://www.mailenable.com) on a few servers and it works great. You need the Pro version to get IMAP support. I've also been testing HmailServer (http://www.hmailserver.com) and it looks pretty good too.

I use Smartermail Enterprise which is great but IMAP is an enterprise feature.
