Help we can't email

Hi Guys hope you can help

The guy that i bought my invoicing softwear and email service from recently moved his servers over to Roundcube grid host
to cut a long story short I use a mac and we have 10 iphones in the company my business partner uses microsoft

Only the Microsoft user can send emails outwith the company to an non coolicecream address

I can send to to my guys but no-one else from my iphone

 i cant send anything using my coolicecream.co.uk address from my mac or macbook pro

Everything worked perfectly before the switch can you tell me why this is happening

I've tried every setting on the smtp server mail3.gridhost.co.uk /mail.coolicecream.co.uk
ssl selected unselected default port this custom port that

You get the drift this is very disruptive as im having to send business emails using personal addresses.


My guy who cocked all this up has no answers so i looking for some help from you guys

Can you send emails from RoundCube?

yes but i dont want to i want to use my mail app where all my email address are together

Since RoundCube works it must have the correct IMAP & SMTP information, you can get it from the RoundCube config <RC root>/config/main.inc.php.
