Problem Configuring Roundcube (Databse Error: Connection Failed )

Hello Roundcube Team,

Greetings for the day.

I have installed the roundcube script to my server at the subdomain. I have configured it correctly given proper databse name, username and everything. But when I run it .. its says Database Error: Connection failed. I enquired from my hosting team. And they told me the connection details are correct and suggested me to contact to roundcube team. Therefore I request for your  kind help.

Make sure you gave your database user rights to the database your trying to use. Did you run the installer?

Yes , the user has all rights and i did ran installer to install !

Did you initialize the database on the last step of the installer?
