vbulletin integration / mod

Is anyone with proper expertise willing to create this as a vbulletin mod?

I am willing to donate $25, hopefully others would chip in as well.

Yes, a nice simple webmail built into vbulletin's database
and the admin has options to enable / disable per usergroup, etc.

I do agree with you. Those are the most effective way
