I have got Roundcube working nicely on my SMEserver and was wanting to
set a default timezone for my users.
I assume that $rcmail_config['timezone'] is the parameter I want to change
and when I set it to 9 my users when created get the +9 timezone which is ok.
However my timezone is +9.30 and I can't figure out how to set that.
If I try 9:30 I get a parse error, unexpected ':'
If I try 9.30 I get a -11 timezone
Is there a simple answer ??
