Can't send mails with attachments

Hi,

i installed Roundcube yesterday and it is great. But i have one Problem. When i want to send a mail with an attachment, it does not work propperly. I can upload the attachments and they are shown on the left side of the mail form. But when i send the mail it takes a while and nothing happens. The mail is not send. I think this happens, when the attachment is bigger as 1 or 2 MB. Is this problem known ?

And another Problem with attachments. When i sent mails with attachments of about 1 MB the mail is sent successfully. The Receiver is able to open and use the attachment, but in the sent mail folder, the attachment is corrupted. When i download it it does not work anymore.
