incoming emails being filed under "unread" folder
« on: January 31, 2014, 04:25:35 PM »
in the past week or so i am finding that my inbound emails are being placed in an "unread" folder...so i have to go to the unread file open the email and respond to the email....if i do not respond after opening the emails in the unread folder i am finding that the emails disappear and can not be relocated.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Also, i just had an email arrive 8 days late from my boss who i normally get the emails immediately....anyone experiencing delay in delivery of emails?

Thanks for any reply and advise on how to rectify the situations mentioned in this forum

Both the your problems relate to the mail server not Roundcube. You should contact your ISP for help.
