Locating DNS/ MX records on Roudcube.
« on: February 26, 2014, 06:26:15 PM »
Hi guys,

Really hoping that this request has not been previously answered, but I looked through the forum for similar queries and didn't find any that helped.

Basically, I was wondering if it is possible to have emails that are sent to my roundcube email server, to be then sent on to another serve, i.e. gmail or hotmail. I have read that to do this, I need to locate my DNS records, and then input a new MX record, so as the emails can be sent to multiple places at the same time.

However, I have found it impossible to locate the DNS records, to then change the MX records to fix my problem.

Again, I hope that this is not a common problem that has already been resolved, but I am completely stuck as to how to fix it myself.

Thanks in advance!  :)

That is going to be controlled by your host or your domain register not Roundcube.
