the problem is : my company email can't to receive email from some sender. and this "some sender" are special sender, its email address for sending report regularly. the problem happened when the email from that "some sender" is sent to more than one receiver. for example, to : eko@xxx.com, eki@xxx.com, eke@xxx.com.
but when i try send email from that "some sender" with exactly some email and the receiver is only me, to : eko@xxx.com ---> it works.
this problem just happened when my company migrating email to new server and using roundcube.
what is the root cause?
