Hey new to the whole web design thing and know nothing about coding. I have begun to use a plugin called Optin Cat for wordpress, but quickly realized that I need to integrate my email. The plugin ask for a "HTML Form Code" and I am not quite sure where or how to do it. Could anyone give me some pointers on where to start or even how to do it?
