where new reply appears

I noticed that when I have a string of replies instead of the new message appearing at the top, it appears as the last entry.  This is confusing to people because usually the most recent message appears.  Is there a way to change my replies so they appear at the top?

Sounds like you might have turned on threaded message view. On the bar below the message list that shows the number of records. On the left hand end there are 2 icons. One for list (looks like 3 lines) and one for Threads (looks like 2 speach bubbles) and if you have turned Threads on then the second one will be selected. Select the first one instead.
