Visually and in terms of usability I would say 4.5 stars. But it terms of features and functionality I would say 3 stars.

Roundcube is easy to use for everybody. I give 5 Stars. But one feature is missing or not working with all hoster => change password. Thats a big problem otherwise it is the best on the market.
