Webmail 1.4.13 - No access to folder to INBOX

Hi there.
I am using ROUNCUBE from 12 years now, I am end user and happy with.

SETUP :
- OVH server/Provider
- Roundcube Webmail 1.4.13 with
. additionnal_message_headers 1.2.1
. emoticons 2.0
. filesystem_attachments 1.0
. jquery 1.12.0
. markasjunk 2 1.11

3 IMPORTANT PROBLEMS WITH THE IN BOX:

a - I do not get access to parameters to move FOLDER "3 - Prospects (251) with his Subfolders" like my folder "1 - CLIENTS(14)".
Also the multiple Subfolders of "3 - Prospects" are not display.... Hope 12 years of job will be not erase.
Drag and drop isn't possible.

b - I do not get access to parameters to move my folder "3 - Prospects Magazines"
Drag and drop isn't possible.

c - Under INBOX my Folder "3b Prospects Magazines" , I do not have possibility to Move or Delete this old folder (folder was arrived when same problem "a" long time ago)
Drag and drop isn't possible.

More informations :
Have to know, I can create a New Folder with plus. .
I think that's happened, when 3 days ago I start to create a new Subfolder from "3 - Prospects", but I saw there was existing folder, and I decided to Cancel.


I won't to delete the multiple Prospects subfolders, from the Folder "3 - Prospects" from 12 years.

I tried to create a subsubfolder. By this action, Now I can see the Subfolder.
But I still don't have access to the Subfolder in GREY.
Really need your help  :'(

unfortunately you must have filesystem access to check and repair your mailbox folder - its impossible without your provider or your IT engineer (who can have access to server).

May be you can check and compare mailbox structure with another imap client (outlook, thunderbird and etc)

Yes I think provider will not give any access. May be somebody could give some clues and I follow the clues to the provider ?
I don't any other imap client as Outlook. But it could be a way to test it. If I install Outlook on local device, How could I get emails (and may be replicate the folders created from Roundcube ?) Do you have a link easy to understand the How To ?

Roundcube - web-based mail client
Outlook - application - the same client
Thunderbird - application - the same client.

So for connect to your mailbox from another client (not RC) you must know your imap and smtp server settings, your login and password.

As I see you not IT-engineer, so we will try find this settings for you. For example you have mail like: user@domain.com
Open this link (https://mxtoolbox.com) enter your "domain.com" (second part of your email after sign @)  and press "MX Lookup" - after 3-5 sec you will see table with Pref,   Hostname,   IP Address,TTL.

I think you can see your server Hostname.

And next step - setup any imap client (outlook, thunderbird, iOS client, gmail and etc) with this settings (need test different variants for IMAP and SMTP port)
Imap server: your Hostname from link
Imap port: 143 or 993 (with SSL/TLS)
smtp server your Hostname from link
smtp server port: 25 or 465(with SSL/TLS) or 587 (with SSL/TLS)
user: user@domain.com
password: your password.

I think this must be successful case.

And about folder access. For provider: need see folder structure, check user rights on folder and subfolder (I think it must be rights for imap service user), try check or clear file with name "subscriptions" in mailbox root (in this file can be list of visible (subscribed) folders)

I can CANCEL / SOLVED this issue now :
. 1st, I bought CubexSoft All Mail Backup (a free limited version for 25 emails / folder) a bought full version for 99 usd
It allow to found all folders in very good view, soft client (and not web client) Windows.
It allow to do a backup of emails (not folders create with Roundcube) with PST file.

. 2nd way, I found invisible non subscribed folders in a DELETE BOX !!!! Under web Roundcube.
I have pushed the Folders in Good area, and after that, re-selected Square Folder, to get emails inside the Folders, to make it appear/display.
So I can confirm there is a bug, because of I never placed my folders (3!!!) inside the Delete Box.
To do that, I was with web interface RoundCube and setting with the wheel.

Now, I would like to get a copy of Folders inside Outlook 365. But When I tried to restaure my PST file, Outlook 365 didn't get folders.

as I understand you can setup backup utility.
So I think you can setup outlook with similar settings, see your mail and backup it to PST by outlook.

PS I mean MS office outlook.
