Emails from Roundcube to Outlook / Hotmail in Junk folders?

Hi,

I'm using Roundcube (from a .org address) to send emails to a number of people who use Hotmail / Outlook addresses, these emails invariably end up in the junk folders of Hotmail / Outlook.

Is there any way to avoid or prevent this at the Roundcube end?

If it's Roundcube as the host that's causing the problem, any recommendations for alternative hosts?

This is likely down to a misconfiguration or reputation problem with your email provider. Roundcube, as a mail client, has little influence. Roundcube is not your email host, it is open source webmail software that your email provider is using to provide webmail functionality.
