I've finally gotten around to downloading at attempting to install the new 0.2 Roundcube.
Got it mostly installed and configures, ran into problems on step 3 of the installer when testing SMTP and IMAP.
Connecting to ssl://imap.gmail.com:993...
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to imap.gmail.com:143 (Connection timed out) in /home/jkriebel/public_html/roundcube/program/lib/imap.inc on line 545
IMAP connect: NOT OK(Could not connect to imap.gmail.com at port 143: Connection timed out)
As you can see it looks to be connecting via ssl port 993, but the error which comes back seems to indicate that it was ignoring that and just connecting via port 143.
Trying to setup a pass through for my friends whose work blocks gmail.
