Email Sending Problem -Help

I am using Just Host.com to host a website. It uses Round Cube web mail. When I send an email from Round Cube to my Yahoo and Microsoft Outlook accounts, all the formating in the email (e.g line spaces, line wrapping) disappears. Does anyone know how I can fix this? My cPanel version is 11.24.4-STABLE.

I have looked through all the threads and have found one person with the same problem (see below). They had no replies so I'm still in the dark. Anyone?


We are a hosting company using cPanel and we chose Roundcube as the main webmail programm for our clients because its far better than the other 2 choices we had.
We got the following problem:
When we write a new message as soon as we finish and hit the "send" button, the text format of the message changes and of course it's been mailed with this strange format. I looks like a poem...........
Has anyone encountered similar problem?
