com_roundcube/program/include/iniset.php on line 99

I'm having an error when trying to run this. I have followed the instructions found here, http://www.roundcubeforum.net/myroundcube/3791-myroundcube-features-download-installation.html, to get past the "Fatal error: Call to a member function is_error() on a non-object".

Any idea on how to fix "com_roundcube/program/include/iniset.php on line 99"
