v0.2.1 virtual users, change password

Anyone have this working?
I tried following:
Change Virutal User Password in Roundcube - wheaties.us

I've fiddled with it on my own, but there is new code for 2.1 and I cannot get anything to come up except a blank page.

Any advice would be appreciated.
