Reading and deleting mails...but nothing else !

Hi, I'm a new RoundCube user and I want to use it in order to offer to my employees the ability to read a particular kind of mails (like some news) but without writing or answering. :confused:

So, what I need is just the inbox reading and deleting function, but nothing else (sent, junk, spam, adressbook, preferences...)

I know that I can do simply that by deleting the icons (or better said the images they refer to in my XAMPP server), but I'm asking you if there is a more elegant way to do it !

I'm using hMailServer and XAMPP for Windows.

Edit the template ... (./skins/default/templates and ./skins/default/includes). Remove those links and those roundcube object which handles action you'd like to discard.
