Time out on log on?

Hello and thanks for this tool !! nowe my issue i have installed RC and have sucessfuly passed all the checks including sending a test mail and connecting to the IMAP server. However when i try to log on for the first time as a user i get the following error


Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in
/home/bobbo/public_html/webmail/1/program/lib/imap.inc on line 1448

now having tried this a couple of time i then clickback in my FF browser and it gave me my inbox - great i thought perhaps it was just establishing the DB connections. Howwever wehn i tried with  another user i got the timeout error again .... any advice?

{EDIT: i have checled the database and the user is created no issue just is timing out on log on?

Can you verify that the Maildirs are created before you try to log in? Which Imap server? Also try sending an email first to that user then log in.

Yes this works now for new users i needed to send a mail and also log onthe qmail interface as them which is no issue ... i will tak to my hsotin gporiovder about sorting the existin users our as thye were swopped to IMAP after creatiuon.
