Error-Log Illegal mix of collations

I am new in this Forum. I have installed RoundCube with an MySQL Database. Encoding is UTF-8 an i get this Error-Messages:

Where are you getting this error, what isn't working?

I can see the message-list, but i can´t see the content of the message. I can't see a preview of the messages.

Every time i double-click a message, the error is written in the logfile.

When I try to write a message to myself it is no problem to create and send the message. But when it is in my inbox it is the same problem.

In the meantime i tried to install it on an PostgreSQL-database with the same errors.

Is it possible that this Encoding-Problem comes from the mailserver? I use Gordano-NT-Mail.

Can anyone help?
