Hello, im new guy in roundcube I just install it.
I have some questions
1.How to add users?
2. Is there a script for registring?

You would add users using your mail server, check out the plugin repository for registration plugins Plugin_Repository ? Roundcube Webmail

If I whant to install roundcube server what program I used? xampp or what ?
And what kind of server I need mysql apache and smtp ? what else

RoundCube is not a mail server it is a web mail application that reads from the mail server. You would need a mail server like hMailServer as well as php and some sort of database, check out the RoundCube's requirements for more information http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Requirements

If you have hMailServer you can add users there, check out the Plugin_Repository ? Roundcube Webmail for a registration plug-in for hMailServer.
