New to Roundcube, quick question.

Hi all..

I use a CMS for my website, I would like to be able to have the CMS look at the mail of a user and display if they have any new email in their inbox, is something like this possible ?

Also as a side note, is it possible, or would it be possible to have a script php that takes a user database from my CMS and then create e-mail accounts for the ones who dont already have them ?

you must modify cms to ask imap server for new mails. correct me if I'm wrong but RC doesn't help you - it is only an imap client.
