moderated?

Twice in a row now my posts have needed moderation. Im not posting anything out of the ordinary. Can someone fix this or tell me whats going on?

I have approved your post, your first post was marked for moderation because you had several emails in it, the last one was because of the link to your site. Sorry for the trouble it helps a lot with people who register just to post spam but it doesn't take post cont into consideration.
