The best way to theme a login page

Guys,

We've installed Roundcube on our servers. We are very glad with the software and te possibilities to expand it with themes and add-ons.

We have one problem. We would like to add te login-form on a page we've created by ourselfs. I have attached a preview.

Can someone tell me what's te best way to do it? I've already read the manuals on this site.

And i'm sorry for my bad English! Hehe.

Check my logout_redirect plugin (see footer). There is an example in the folder ajax_login.
