Attachments disabled in compose window

Greetings,

I checked out version 0.4.2 from the SVN repository. I can send emails and receive attachments but cannot attach anything while composing a message. The button seems disabled:

The only post I could find that was related to my issue was:

I was wondering if anyone's ever encountered this issue. I run PHP 5.2.6 (Entropy) on OS X Server 10.4. Attachments are enabled in /usr/local/php5/lib/php.ini and the upload limit is set to 20MB. There are no error messages related to this problem.

Never mind. I was messing around with the templates to skin RoundCube. Must have used an older template with the new release.

I checked out a fresh copy from SVN and attachments worked. I then applied my own customziations and all is well.
