Why does cursor jump to bottom
« on: January 05, 2011, 06:36:26 PM »
Hi everyone, I have been trying to figure this one out for the longest time. Why whenever you reply to an email does the cursor jump all the way to the bottom?... instead of the top? this makes email writing very confusing. All the email services that I know start at the top and keep the history towards the bottom.

My question: is there a way to change this setting?...if it is a setting?
Any other way I can fix this?

Hope you can help, thank you for your time and other then this, I really like Roundcube and hope to keep supporting it.

Thank you

In newer versions of RoundCube you can change the setting "When replying" to "start new message above original" and it will place the curser at the top.

Thanks for the response, I believe now with cPanel/WHM 11.28, I have the 0.4.2 Roundcube version, will this version let me make this change?  because I don't see it, or where should I go to make this change.

Thank you for your help

Just check the options for 'Composing Messages' under the preferences.
