Email all contacts in address book?

Currently I have about 46 contacts, and I want to email all of them. I hold down shift, select the 1st contact, then the 40th contact. (I still got 6 on the next page).

if I go to the next page and select those 6, the first 40 that i highlighted are de-selected.

it would be great if I could select all contacts in address book please.

Create a Group, add all e-mail addresses to that group, create new e-mail and e-mail the "Group" you have just created. This works for me quite well.
