Plz! Help - Attachments!

Hello y'll
First of all sorry for my poor english.

I'm posting here 'cause I'm not able to open ANY attachment, with ANY browser.
For example, either I open or download a .doc attachment, it says it's corrupted, happens with any other file..

What can I do?
