I highlight what I what to link, click link button, enter URL, add title (though I don't know what that is), choose "Open link in the same window" Seems to work, but no link is present in my emails.  Also, it appears in all caps in my email.  What am I doing wrong?  thanks.

It sounds like your sending plain text emails instead of html emails.

I have the HTML signature checked, what do I have to do to get the link to work?

SKaero

You also need to be sending an html email (so it can use the html signature) you can change the setting under "Composing Messages" in the settings.

That worked, thanks!  Is there any downside to sending HTML emails?

SKaero

Not really, RoundCube sends both a html and a plain text version for any email clients that don't like html emails.

Thanks for your help.  Great forum.  Why is my signature appearing double spaced when the email is
opened on the other end?

SKaero

Not sure why it would be showing up double spaced, maybe a client problem?

Tried three different email accounts and all double spaced.   This is with the default font size, the bigger I
make the font the bigger the spacing is.

RoundCube delivers both a code and a plain text edition for any email clients that don't like code e-mails.
