Some users cannot get email detail with new version?

I have representatives in off site locations using roundcube to view their email. Some, not all, of my users are saying that when viewing their email list and corresponding preview pane (which looks normal), when they open the body of the email by double clicking on the email list, the detail screen is gray-blank.  This is interesting since if I log into the affected users email account, this does not happen using my computer....I see the body of thge email  So I believe there is a setting that is not right for some users to view their emails depending on their comuter?????  Ideas?  Please advise and thanks!  M.

Have they tried clearing the cache, what browser are they using?

What version are you using. I remember such issue with Internet Explorer, but it was fixed in one of 0.8.x releases.
