How to sync roundcube webmail with gmail or hotmail accounts

I would like to know if there is a way to sync Roundcube webmail with a gmail or hotmail account...

Do you think is it possible?

You maybe able to setup email forwarding but it would need to be setup on the mail server not in RoundCube.
