Exporting emails

Hi there

I need to export emails from roundcube into the excel.  Can anyone point me in the right direction how to go about this.  I'd like o get email data into excel so I can automate some processes.  I'm tried searching the net on how to do this but I'm not really finding anything only how you can export from outlook etc.

Any help would be really appreciated.
