Drafts not deleting after successful send

Running RC 0.8.6 on OS X.    Everything works great - except-

The draft saving works well in the Drafts folder, but after the message is sent, the draft(s) all stay in the draft folder.  Is this supposed to happen?   Is there a way I can get them to delete after sending?
