Security Check Failed on openning PDF attachment

Hi all,

i have a problem with the mail server using round cube.
when a user try to open an attachment by double click we get an error states that"Request Check Failed access to this service was denied due to failing security checks".

whereas if the user click right click on the attachment and open in new browser, we do not face any problem.

in the configuration of the roundcube i set referer_check to true.

why i am ficing this problem? how i can move on this problem without change referer_check to false
