spam filtering - plugin or postini?

So I'm finding I'm spending way too much time trying to setup this spam assassin stuff and would like to know if anyone has used postini spam filter?  It's so cheap that I feel it would be worth it for me to use the service.  I would like people's thoughts or recommendations.
